𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐯𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭̦𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧–𝐆𝐌𝐅 𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, bringing her deep expertise in governance, economic reform, and European integration.
As Moldova’s 15th Prime Minister (2021–2023), she led the country through overlapping crises triggered by the war in Ukraine, advancing ambitious reforms in anti-corruption, economic resilience, and energy diversification. Under her leadership, Moldova achieved EU candidate status and managed Europe’s largest influx of Ukrainian refugees.
Currently, she serves as Co-founder and Director of Partnerships for New Economy, a think-tank focused on Moldova’s EU integration, and sits on the boards of the National Bank of Moldova, the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), and the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies.
At the Aspen–GMF Bucharest Forum 2025, Natalia Gavrilița will share her insights on governance under pressure, democratic resilience, and Europe’s evolving political landscape under the theme “The Disintegration of the World Order: Survival of the Fittest.”
